Have you ever noticed your mind is often not where you are, or you simply don’t have time just for yourself, or your child says "we did mindfulness today," and you wonder why?

Drop Off & Drop In is a program for Mitcham Campus parents led by Fran Kelly, an accredited meditation teacher and mindfulness educator, Scotch grandmother and member of the Scotch College Wellbeing Advisory Group.

Every Wednesday, 8:50 - 9:50am

Sessions will be held in the Community Room (next to Languages rooms in the middle of the campus).

Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Please note that this group is limited to 24 participants - register now to avoid disappointment!
