2026 Echoes of Beaconsfield – Mine & Heritage Tour Experience

We invite you to step beyond the music such as the Foo Fighter's tribute track Ballad of the Beaconsfield Miners, and discover the town of Beaconsfield, the stories, and the history.

Join our exclusive Echoes of Beaconsfield tour experience including:

• Return coach transport from Launceston CBD
  (Pick-up from Kinetic Bus Stop/Bus Zone - Corner of Charles Street and William Street - opposite Harpers Bathroom)

• Admission to the Beaconsfield Mine & Heritage Centre

• Guided tour with our passionate storytellers

Explore Beaconsfield’s rich history through interactive exhibits and immersive displays that captivate visitors of all ages. With some free time, you can purchase from the gift store, wander Miner's recreation park across the road, or pop into a nearby brewery, bakery or cafe before your return trip. You will receive a local tour experience pack with additional information about the Centre and our local operators when you board the coach.

The 2026 Echoes of Beaconsfield Tour is only offered as full tour experience with coach transfer.

Anyone wanting to visit the Beaconsfield Mine and Heritage Centre using their own transport, can visit between 10am and 4pm (last entry at 3pm) and explore the exhibits and displays at your own pace.
