The Adapting to Change workshop series is designed to support NZ business owners and teams to anticipate, respond to, and adapt to change through practical tools, guided reflection, and business planning strategies.

Many businesses are experiencing broader economic and global pressures which are causing all types of stresses in the business, from cost increases to supply chain challenges through to impact on staffing levels. These workshops will give business leaders time to assess their position and work through practical next steps with the support of an experienced facilitator & business coach, Katrina Kidson.
