Learn about and craft your very own clay creations of our native turtle in this fun and sensory-play activity.
Join Danielle and Roe for an exciting adventure into the world of the Southwestern Snake-necked Turtle. Delve into the wetlands of these unique creatures and follow the journey of mumma turtles as they lay their eggs and their offspring hatch and embark on their perilous journey. Learn about the anatomy of these endemic creatures and what makes them special, before getting your hands dirty and creating your very own clay turtle creation. Whether you choose to craft a turtle or create a turtle diorama, this sensory-play activity is sure to be an unforgettable experience.
