You are welcome to drop in between 6.30pm-7.00pm - Please arrive on time, so we can join together to share Ceremonial Cacao & set the intentions for our night. 

Once you walk in the door you will have options to sit and chill & chat, a space to meditate and be silent, music for dancing and freeing yourself.We will share Ceremonial Cacao together before we dance to create a deeper sense of connection to our being & invite your heart into an open & expanded energy to allow exploration of free movement & flow.

We are honoured to have DJ Kimba Jade joining us from Auckland and taking you on a journey with the high frequency DJ set & music that will invite you to move your body freely & receive the true soul medicine & healing of dance & music!

This is a complete Friday Night Frequency Upgrade where your soul will be nourished and activated on every level. A space for you to follow your heart with what feels good for you in the moment.
