WHAT TO EXPECT

On arrival, please make your way up the stairs and place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please feel free to get comfortable in the waiting area.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided and set up for you.

🔅 We will begin with sharing the intentions of the event and brief context to energy balancing

🔅 We will guide you through the Cacao Journey, which can be considered to be a form of intentional meditation.

🔅 This will then lead into the sound healing which will be blended with reiki and guided meditation

🔅 Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience.

Enza, founder of SOL Rituals, is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sound and Reiki Practitioner. Enza began practicing meditation over 15 years ago, initially as a way to improve overall wellness, and now also to connect inwards and deepen her understanding of self. With her professional experience in the corporate world, she understands the pressures of finding balance between the practicalities of everyday life and fostering inner connection and peace. Enza now passionately guides others through SOL Rituals, weaving together a blend of mindfulness practices and healing modalities such as Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing and Ceremonies to empower and nurture greater self-awareness and inner growth.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring?
Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are provided
An open mind and heart
A journal (if you wish to write down your intentions or about your experience)

What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated

What time should I arrive?
2:25pm to 2:30pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 2:30-2:35pm and doors will be locked.

Who can attend?
All are welcome, no prior experience is required - you will be guided in a safe space

How to prepare myself?
· Try to only eat light foods prior to the session
· Avoid coffee or other stimulating drinks at least 2 hours prior to receive the full effects of the practices

What if I have allergies?
The cacao used is pure Ceremonial cacao, and may be infused with certain herbs and/or spices to accentuate the flavour and intentions of the session (e.g. cinnamon, blue lotus flower, chamomile, lavender, rose or other(s)). Please let us know if you have any allergies
