Come and experience the freedom to express how you really feel without any expectations. Without anyone wanting more from you, or anyone wanting you to be ok and have it together. Come together and support each other, no judgement, no criticism and no bull $H!T.

2. Introductions and Intentions.
3. Rules for talk and Reel talk.
4. Ground out, questions and farewells.

About me:
My names Rhys Mayes and I created this group and its events because I've had the need for them myself. I've battled with depression and anxiety throughout my life and reached the point where I needed help. I reached out and got that help and now want to create a space for more men to reach out sooner. I have no hidden agendas or motives just to create what I needed for others.
