Event description

This free workshop is organised as part of Mental Health Month. The theme for this year's Mental Health Month is 'Tune In'. Tuning in means being present, being aware of what's happening within you and in the world around you. Tuning In means being present, being aware of what's happening within you and in the world around you. Tune In to your senses and take a moment to help still and focus your mind, as well as build positive connections.

Tune In To Hope

In this world, there are many challenges facing us.  Living with mental distress is challenging enough without also dealing with a pandemic, trying to maintain connections, and living in a digital age.

This webinar will explore the meaning and significance of hope and how we can utilise personal experiences of hope to transform our lives in positive and practical ways.

Participants will have an opportunity to share their lived experience of hope and identify tools and strategies that have worked for them.

By the end of the session, people will leave feeling hopeful, refreshed and ready to face the world again.
