Format (flexible):

• 6pm: Setup and Introductions
• 6:15pm: A word from Distributed Lab
  • The Innovation Game
    • TIG uses generalised proof of work, which is solving random instances of scientific problems (anything from medical sensing to SAT to convex optimisation).. this provides a market incentive to improve algorithms which are shared openly..
    • As well as accelerating the development of important algorithms, TIG is can help prevent algorithms going closed when they start being developed by AI-driven compute-intensive methods.
  • Interlude with FileVerse
  • Web 3 Hacker Collective
    • Review of anon voting and related tutorials
• Sensible food and drink provided 🍎💪
• 8:30pm: <conclude/discussions>
  

Attendees may arrive late, or leave early. The format is flexible. Byo questions encouraged :)
