Event description

Sacred Women’s Rest Day

A one-day sanctuary of nourishment. We will come together as women to reconnect, reflect, rejuvenate and remember under the presence of the Full Moon.

About the Day

At this time of year, life quickens as we move towards summer and the holiday season. Our energy is pulled outward as the days continue to lengthen and life is full, busy with too much going on.

Now more than ever, it is vital that we take conscious time to Breathe....to Pause. and go Slow Not only to Rest, but to intentionally bring ourselves into sacred presence so we can connect and be at peace. This will sustain us as we move forward in life and the coming season.

This Sacred Women’s Rest Day invites you to come inward and gather in circle with women. Together, we will honour life, all it brings so we can open our hearts, remember and deeply rest.

What’s Included

  • Opening Circle & Ceremony – A beginning woven with reverence. Settting intentions and share in sacred sisterhood.

  • Embodiment & Movement – Gentle Biodanza practices to reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

  • Cacao Blessing Ritual – A heart-opening ceremony with sacred cacao to deepen intention.

  • Full Moon Reflection – To symbolically let go and call in what is aligned.

  • Closing Blessing – Sealed with invocation, leaving you aligned with nature’s cycles, carrying rest, clarity, and renewal into the days ahead.

“Bathed in the light of the supermoon, and come home to yourself."

Reconnect. Rejuvinate. Remember.
