Salida Community Dinner

Pull up a chair and gather around one biggggg table on F Street between 1st and 2nd block!

This is more than just a meal; it’s a chance to celebrate Salida, meet someone new, reconnect with familiar faces, and support the community we all call home.

Brought to Salida by Longer Tables, the Salida Community Dinner will bring neighbors together for a shared meal in the heart of downtown as we celebrate Colorado’s 150th anniversary and gather on F Street before it reopens.

For our inaugural year hosting this event, Salida’s restaurants between 1st and 2nd block are teaming up with local farmers to create a one-of-a-kind community meal that celebrates the people, businesses, and food that make our region special. Come hungry, bring a friend or neighbor, and be ready to share a table with someone you may not know yet. While this is our inaugural year of this event, we hope to bring this back to you for years to come, on different blocks with different restaurants. 

Every ticket sold will not only be paired with a 3-course meal, but it will help strengthen our local business resilience. All proceeds from the Salida Community Dinner will benefit the Chaffee County Community Foundation’s Enterprise Fund, supporting grants for local businesses and helping build a more connected, resilient community.
