The Invertebrate Experience: Bug Show

(Strictly for children aged 6-12 years)

Discover the incredible world of invertebrates through an unforgettable up-close encounter. Delivered by experienced wildlife educators, learn about the important roles these often-misunderstood animals play in our ecosystems, their unique adaptations, and why they deserve our respect rather than our fear.

Animals may include redback spiders, orb-weaver spiders, huntsman spiders, tarantulas, scorpions, spiny leaf insects, wood roaches, hermit crabs, kingworms, crickets, and a variety of other fascinating creepy crawlies. All critters are safely housed, with plenty of chances for close up viewing and guided interactions!

Bookings are essential for this free event.

This event is strictly for children aged 6 to 12 years. Please do not book children of other ages as places are limited.  You do not need to book tickets for adults accompanying children.

Children aged under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
