Djeran: Dry Days, Dewy Nights presented by Simon Cherriman

As the nights cool off and a hint of moisture finally returns to the Hills, some of the first creatures to commence their annual cycle are burrowing frogs. These cryptic animals spend much of their life underground but create breeding burrows during "autumn" when they can be heard calling. Other frog species may become active on humid nights, and some birds amass in large flocks.

Join wildlife ecologist Simon Cherriman for an environmental education session on the season of Djeran.
