The Monash Medal is awarded by the Rotary Club of Melbourne to an outstanding Australian who has made a significant contribution to the Australian community (and beyond).  

The criteria are Leadership, Integrity and Service - values high on General Sir John Monash's (our second President) agenda and key values of Rotary.

Joining the lunch will be Spirit of Australia Foundation guests who together with Rotary Melbourne struck the first medal to recognise the achievements of individuals in the Community in the manner of the esteemed General Sir John Monash.
