Join us for free personalised one-to-one tech help sessions.
Whether you need help setting up a new device, organising your photos, attaching a PDF or something entirely different, we’re here to help!
We can help with:
- settings on your devices
- downloading eBooks and eAudiobooks
- completing online forms
- sending and receiving emails (including attaching/downloading PDF's)
- photos
- making video calls
- downloading and using apps
- social media
- websites
- accessing Wi-Fi
- connecting to local and relevant services eg: MyGov
Please note there: is a limit of 3 sessions per term per person. These tech-help sessions provide friendly trouble-shooting advice and not professional IT support, please keep this in mind when booking a session.
