Event description

Join Alexis for an evening of bliss, restoration and relaxation with a sound bath in honor of the Lunar New Year!
Release, reset and renew as you drift away to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, voice, drums and chimes.
The evening will start with a centering and gentle movement to prepare our bodies and minds to deeply receive the healing vibrations of the sound bath.
You'll want to feel supremely comfortable for this sound journey so bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a blanket or pillow to place under your knees and head and something to cover up with as your body temperature will drop.
And in case you don't know, a sound bath is a meditative concert. Various instruments are used to bathe the participants in sound waves. Sound waves are set to different frequencies that correlate to different healing. For example, the singing bowls being used are tuned to 432hz. 432hz, also known as the "miracle tone", is said to be in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe. Helping to promote a sense of calmness, improve sleep quality and reduce stress.
So please come relax, reset, restore and receive!

About Alexis Basista: www.plantgini.com

Bright like sunshine with earthy vibes Alexis is here to serve from the heart. A bridge between people and plants, Alexis is a sound healer, gardener, yoga teacher and IAM Yoga Nidra practitioner.

Ever since she was a little girl, Alexis has loved music and singing. 5 years ago she received her certification in Sound Healing in Phoenix, Arizona. Alexis loves to create hypnotic and healing melodies with her crystal singing bowls and voice bringing her students to a place of bliss and relaxation. In 2023 and 2024 Alexis deepened her sound healing practice by dedicating herself to her voice, taking lessons and learning how to truly open up her throat chakra and sing from the heart.

Being a sound healer and using her voice in service to humanity is truly a dream come true for Alexis. She is honored to be a part of your soul's journey.
