Emergency First Aid at Work – 1 Day Course

Become a certified workplace First Aider with our comprehensive Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course. Ideal for those aged 16+ who need to meet Health and Safety Executive (HSE) First Aid requirements in the workplace.

🕒 Duration: 6 hours (1 full day)
🎓 Certification: Choose between a Standard First Aid Certificate or a Level 3 RQF Certificate – both valid for 3 years and HSE-compliant. (Note: Some workplaces require the RQF version)

Course Covers:

• CPR & AED use

• Unconscious casualty care

• Choking, shock, bleeding & burns

• Seizures & anaphylaxis

• First aid roles, responsibilities, and kit essentials

👥 Who can attend?

• Must be 16+ (14–16 with restrictions)

• Physically able to perform CPR

• Recommended literacy/numeracy at Level 2

📝 Assessment: Practical demonstrations and optional written exam (for RQF certificates). Reasonable adjustments available.
