Join us for a beautiful Winter Solstice Showcase Day Retreat at Imrama Retreat Centre in Cromwell — a special open day designed to bring community together through healing, connection, wellbeing, and inspiring experiences.
This retreat-style day is an opportunity to explore a variety of wellness offerings and experience the beautiful Imrama space in a relaxed, grounded, and welcoming environment. Throughout the day, local facilitators will be sharing immersive experiences including breathwork, sound healing, sauna & cold plunge, and other nourishing offerings designed to help you reconnect, reset, and feel inspired during the Winter Solstice weekend.
Set amongst nature between the mountains of Central Otago, Imrama is a peaceful retreat space created for connection, creativity, rest, and meaningful gatherings. Whether you are curious about holistic wellbeing, looking to meet like-minded people, or simply wanting to spend a nourishing day in a beautiful environment, this day is for you.

Paola Hino — Guided Wellness (@pao.hino) Paola is a hypnotherapy practitioner, yoga teacher, and sound healing facilitator who creates grounded spaces for deep relaxation and inner transformation. Her work is focused on helping people release blocks and reconnect with their true essence through subconscious work and vibrational healing. At Imrama, Paola will be facilitating a deeply restorative sound bath journey. Kylie Hodkinson — Grounded Breath (@groundedbreathnz) Kylie is a breathwork facilitator devoted to guiding people back into presence through the power of conscious breathing. Her approach supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper embodied awareness. Through breath, music, and visualisation, she creates a safe and grounding space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself. Her sessions invite the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and the nervous system to reset — allowing greater clarity, balance, and inner connection to emerge. No previous experience is needed — only a willingness to arrive as you are. At Imrama, Kylie will guide the breathwork journey alongside the sauna and cold plunge experience, supporting participants through cycles of release, activation, and integration. Sandra Jungen — Body Mind & Soul (@sandra.jungen.mbs) Sandra is an integrative astrology coach, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and somatic dance facilitator. Her work weaves together body awareness, energy, and cosmic insight to support deeper alignment and self-understanding. At Imrama, she brings a grounded yet intuitive approach to embodiment, movement, and energetic integration.
