✨Is it for me?
Whether this is your first time or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll feel at home. I teach in a gentle way, at a slow pace. The day will be a weaving of stillness and movement. When in movement, the focus will be on alignment, with opportunities for hands on assists. When in stillness, we will be cultivating the observer mindset. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and do only what feels right for you. The photos on this page show where you will be practicing, on a peaceful and remote deck, just 15 minutes from Mullumbimby, in the lush Main Arm valley.

“I attended Fiona’s one-day retreat and it was truly incredible. Fiona guided us through meditation, hatha yoga, yoga nidra, and yin, creating a beautifully balanced and deeply nourishing day. My body and mind haven’t felt this rested or still in a long time, and I slept so well afterwards.
Fiona is exceptionally wise, with a depth of lived experience that shines through in the way she teaches and facilitates. She has an intuitive ability to offer the perfect blend of cues, alignment, and verbal guidance, weaving together deeply restorative poses with mindful intention that invites true slowing down and presence.
She holds such a safe, nurturing, and peaceful space at her stunning home—an absolutely gorgeous location that made me feel like I was back in Bali. I couldn’t recommend this experience more highly.”
