1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions: Iwi and hapū management plans

Event description

These tailored mentoring sessions provide hands-on support for BOP hapū and iwi who are developing or reviewing their Iwi Management Plans (IMP) and Hapū Management Plans (HMP). Each session is designed around your current stage, such as:

  • How to review and strengthen existing plans

  • How to scope and plan a new IMP/HMP

  • How to navigate funding applications

  • How to write plans that are clear, structured, and influential for decision-makers

Sessions are delivered online in a 1:1 format, allowing personalised guidance and practical advice. You’ll gain the skills and confidence to effectively prepare IMPs/HMPs that reflect hapū and iwi priorities and meet statutory expectations.

Available dates for 1-on-1 sessions:

  • October: 6, 8, 22, 29, 30

  • November: 3, 5, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 27

Limit of two sessions per hapū/iwi to ensure that support is equitable.
