Event description

Monthly Realization Process - Family Constellations Workshops

Presented by Sono Hashisaki, Tanya Shapiro and guest facilitators

2nd Tuesdays in 2025-26 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm

BALLARD HOMESTEAD, 6541 Jones Ave NW, Seattle, WA

Times of transition and change, as we are all experiencing today, can create a sense of unease or a pervasive feeling of uncertainty. Nurturing contact with ourselves and connection with friends and family help us to meet challenges and better tolerate discomfort. Normalizing your own wellbeing is the greatest support to yourself, your family and your community.

These workshops will use deep listening, shared conversation, and Realization Process embodiment practices and attunements to fundamental consciousness integrated with the field of Family and Systemic Constellations to:

  • Identify and ‘be with’ your sensitivities and held patterns, without prejudice or judgment;

  • observe what is behind our blocks regarding work, health, relationships, or finance;

  • see challenges, problems or symptoms from an expanded view of family and systemic influences;

  • deepen contact with ancestors, allies, and nature as your greatest belonging and resource;

  • cultivate greater wholeness and receive the strengths and challenges of culture and lineage

Clients, representatives and facilitators will experience clear presence and greater discernment of tensions held in our bodies. Realization process can help unwind what is often unconscious gripping and stabilize into greater wholeness. This supports greater integration even as the constellation continues to unfold and deepen over time. Coming to ground in deep connection with ourselves, our families, our friends, and community is our best resource and foundational to resilient engagement with life circumstances.

This workshop is accessible for people of all physical abilities and backgrounds.

Sliding Fee: $45-$90
