What: 1-hour Vinyasa Yoga Flow class w/ Ellie Ward

Join us at Bondi Pavilion in the Seagull room for a Vinyasa Flow yoga class!

This Vinyasa Flow yoga class will meld dynamic movement, fluid transitions, meditation, music and meaning into an immersive mind, body and soul experience. All welcome!

All profits will be donated to a climate action non-profit, Environmental Justice Australia. I’m super excited to offer a community yoga class that connects people and gives back to a great cause.

Pricing:

Single class 😊: $15 (1 drop-in class)
Bring a friend 😊😊: $20 (2 people for the same class date)

Please bring your own yoga mat. You’re welcome to bring any blocks or other props, but it’s not necessary. Dress warmly in layers, we’ll get moving and warm up but Bondi Pavilion does not have heating.
