To get your body moving while staying home. Join me for a quick 10 mins kick start full body workout session to get your bloody pumping and the air flowing. 

Strengthen your core, increase mobility and stability and feel brilliant about yourself in 10 minutes!

Here's what you can expect for next two weeks

  • Monday - Full body with the focus of upper body
  • Tuesday - Full body with the focus of lower body
  • Wednesday - Full body with the focus of core
  • Thursday - Full body with the focus of glutes
  • Friday - Stretch and breathe or dance cardio 

All you need is yourself and a mat. This free event is suitable for all fitness levels.
