A 10-minute full-body workout inspired by Barre to keep you going through another week of lockdown.

  • Monday - Upper body
  • Tuesday - Lower body
  • Wednesday - Core
  • Thursday - Glutes
  • Friday - stretch and breathe

All you need is yourself and a mat. This free event is suitable for all fitness levels.
