    Event description

    Kick start your day with 10-minute full body workout to strengthen your core, increase mobility and stability and feel brilliant about yourself before you sit back down.

    A 10-minute full-body workout inspired by Barre to keep you going through lockdown.

    Here's what you can expect for the next 2 weeks:-

    • We will be working out 3 times a week : Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    • Each session will focus on full body workout with the theme : tone, cardio and HIIT

    With lockdown continues, we all need that a bit of time to get our bodies moving! Let's get our hear pumping, blood flowing in the 10 minutes before we return to our lives.

    All you need is yourself and a mat. This free event is suitable for all fitness levels.

    Event will be held on both Google meet and Facebook live.

    We encourage you to seek appropriate medical advice or assistance before participating in any fitness classes, especially if you have not been physically active and, pregnant,or are aged 60 years and above. You should feel your muscle working during the session but not pain in any joint.
