Event description

Join our 10 Week Strength, Balance and Martial Arts Program for Seniors.

Over the 10 week program, strength and conditioning, stretching, balance, self defence, martial arts, and safe falling will all be covered. 

Weekly sessions will be held on Friday mornings at 10am, commencing on the 2nd of May 2025.

This is a FREE program for seniors, spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
