10th Anniversary celebration ONLINE EVENT

We are celebrating 10 Years of climate emergency action at the local government level.

On Wednesday 2 December we will tune in online in watch parties around the country, at work or at home for this national conversation.

We will be reflecting on the past 10 years of achievement and learning, and looking ahead to the future. We’ll talk about where we are at, what’s changed and what comes next for councils responding to the climate emergency.

Don't fancy spending half a day sitting at your computer watching other people talk? Don't worry, that's not what this is! This event has been designed as a hybrid event from the outset, including:

• a high-quality video and audio livestream 

• the option to join a local watch party so you can be with colleagues in your council or even your region to watch and discuss, with breaks built in for networking, brainstorming, celebrating, or just taking some time out to rest and reflect

• the opportunity to interact from wherever you are

• recordings of every session so you can catch up later if you need to come and go.

Why EVERYONE should book an online ticket:

• Online tickets are FREE for everyone.

• You can watch remotely from anywhere in the world via our livestream.

• You will get all the updates and notifications including access to the recordings when they are uploaded. 

• Your online ticket can be used anywhere and you are free to share it with others.

You will notice when you book that you have the option to add on a donation to one or more of three organisations:

• Climate Emergency Australia (help us keep doing what we do!)

• Sea of Nations (empowering coastal and island communities)

• SEED Indigenous Youth Climate Network (Young mob protecting Country and leading the fight for climate justice)

Donations are completely optional and you can give us as much or as little as you like to one or more organisations. No worries if you are not able to!
