Event description

An evening of connection, conversation, and meaningful impact.

Join us in Sydney for a special event celebrating the power of everyday philanthropy and women-led change.

We’re excited to welcome Alicia Curtis, Co-Founder of 100 Women, and Jessica Brown, Founder and CEO of the Warrior Woman Foundation and a 2024 Grant Recipient, as our guest speakers for From Founders to Change Makers.

Alicia will reflect on her journey founding 100 Women and how the giving circle model continues to grow its national impact, bringing people together to create lasting change for women and girls.

Jessica will share how the 2024 grant is helping her organisation empower vulnerable young women to become resilient, independent, and financially secure.

Whether you’re a long-time supporter or new to the 100 Women community, this is a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and hear first-hand how your support makes a difference.

Our events are welcoming, inspiring, and open to all genders. Your ticket includes drinks, appetisers, and a chance to win a lucky door prize. All proceeds support 100 Women’s mission to grow a community of everyday philanthropists creating real impact across Australia and beyond.

For more than two decades, she has empowered individuals to realise their potential to lead and drive meaningful change—both in the workplace and within their communities.

Her vision continues to shape and inspire 100 Women’s growing movement of everyday people becoming powerful philanthropists.

Jessica Brown

In 2003, she established the Life Changing Experiences Foundation, where she led the award-winning SISTER2sister mentoring program for 17 years, transforming the lives of hundreds of teenage girls across NSW and VIC. In 2020, she launched the Warrior Woman Foundation—a national, holistic initiative supporting vulnerable young women to become resilient, independent, and financially secure.

A strong advocate for financial wellbeing and economic independence, Jessica works to improve financial literacy and reduce vulnerability to financial abuse. In 2024, she was appointed to the NSW Serious Offenders Review Council, where she contributes her lived experience as a homicide survivor to meaningful justice reform.
