Bring a blanket/towel to sit on, journal and pen, as well as a water bottle. Bring your swimmers if you'd like a sunrise ocean dip afterwards. 

Welcome all ages – children can either purchase a headset to join in or simply enjoy the energy with us. Please leave your dogs at home.
