🧘‍♀️ Breathing & Meditation (30 mins): We’ll begin with calming breathing exercises and a guided meditation to help you feel grounded and present.
🎨 Creative Manifestation (1 hour): With a blank canvas, all the utensils you need, and a cosy atmosphere, you’ll design your very own personalised manifestation-mood board for 2025.
🍫 Cacao Ceremony: After the creative manifestation session, we’ll strengthen your intentions through the power of cacao, an ancient heart-opening ritual to deepen your connection to your dreams. 
🎶 Vibes: Enjoy inspiring background music, incense, and optional tarot cards to ignite your creativity.
🛋️ What to Bring: A pillow or mat to sit on, some water, and your beautiful energy!
