Appraiser's Guide to CMAs

This introductory course, led by Hudson Holder (Instructor, Team Lead, Senior Appraiser with D.S.Murphy), will help you develop skills and provide new tools to complete CMAs more confidently. An Appraiser’s Guide to CMAs will assist you in identifying the proper databases to use, finding the best comparables, and, most importantly, making the correct adjustments. We will share general adjustment parameters and benchmarks to help you complete a more accurate CMA for your clients.

***Attendees should use Apple Maps when driving to the class location as Google Maps is not routing to the right address with it being new construction.***
