Description: In this session we will explore how the words and actions we choose in moments of conflict, encouragement, or redirection can either fracture belonging or open the way to justice, respect, and connection. We’ll practice and share practical strategies for communicating in ways that uphold dignity, cultivate belonging, and strengthen communities rooted in equity and mutual care - so that every young person feels safe, valued, and capable.
