14 Week Body Build / Body Sculpt BLUEPRINT - Sun 27th April - INDUCTION SESSION

This 14 week blueprint program will provide the perfect prescription to either BUILD muscle, or SCUPLT your body and get leaner.
The weight training component features 3 x 4 week cycles, with 2 de-load weeks over the 14 week period all featuring a 3 day split with different muscle stimulating movements and methods in each of the 3 cycles.
Exercises, sets, reps and methods featured in this blueprint are highly trusted and highly potent and considered the 'GO TO' amongst the broader muscle building community!
There is 2 parts to this blueprint program
1. INDUCTION
- The session is absolutely essential, as we will explain the program in all its glory, and;
- Provide clear direction on Training, Nutrition & Rest required and;
- What you need to do in order to maximize benefits

2. 14 WEEK BLUEPRINT MEMBERSHIP

- Includes 1x coached S&C session per week* (1 on 2) with most of the prescribed movements modified to use our world class KEISER & PRIME equipment*

WHATS INVOLVED?
- Attend The INDUCTION on Sunday 27th April 8:00am-9:15am at PHIIT Club Doncaster
- In this induction, you will learn your weekly exercise regime including when and how to do your muscle building, and HIIT sessions each week for best results.
- Best nutrition approach to BUILD or SCULPT & a range of sample meals
- How to apply yourselves to both the muscle building component and to the movement based component.
2. Commit To The Planned ROUTINE
- BUILD requires 3 x 45min weights sessions per week + 2-3 Conditioning sessions - To be done at 75% of usual pace (Back it off)
- SCULPT requires 3 x 45min weights sessions per week + 2-3 Conditioning sessions - To be done at highest sustainable pace possible (Go HARD!)
- 2 FULL days of rest each week are highly recommended for best results (ideally not back to back)
- 1 De-load week between at the end of each 4 week cycle. A minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 sessions of Haulers sessions are advised in the De-load week
3. Get MEASURED
- We would recommend you get scanned Initially prior to the challenge, then every 2-3 weeks
- Initial scan to be booked directly with Craig on 0408 148 782
- Self scans to be conducted after that, with feedback to be provided by Craig or Chris
4. On-Going Support
- During the 14 week period, we encourage participants to do their Build or Sculpt sessions during manned hours in the Club, so we can check your form and ensure you are lifting the optimal load to build muscle and without injury.
- We encourage you to touch base with a trainer if you have any questions about any aspect of the blueprint. We are here to help YOU achieve your BEST result!
HOW TO SIGN UP?
- Your one off Joining / Entry fee for the 14 week Blueprint is $69.00.
- Select Get Tickets to enrol into the blueprint option of choice and complete the booking process
- We will then make contact within a few days and activate your weekly DD membership to commence, with the 1st DD to be deducted from your account Thursday 24th April
ALREADY A MEMBER?
- For current Haulers / PHIIT Club members wishing to join we will simply UPGRADE your membership for the 14 week period.
OTHER INFO:
*Blueprint ADVANCED T&C's & How To Make Your Bookings
- There are 12 coached sessions included in the ADVANCED option, 1 per week for each of the three 4 week cycles (not during the 2 de-load weeks).
- Coached sessions are 1:2 (1 coach : 2 participants), with both participants completing the same training day.
- Sessions are booked in advance with times set, 4 weeks ahead at a time.
- Sessions are booked in directly with Craig in person or via SMS to 0408 148 782, and sessions will be delivered by either Craig or Chris.
- Typically, sessions can be booked Mon, Wed, Thurs, or Fri nights and there is flexibility to book and train with Craig during the day.
- Sessions typically go for 45-55 mins.
- NOTE: The 12 sessions must be completed within the 14 week period, 1 session per week.
- Unfortunately No credits, refunds or make-up sessions are available for missed sessions unless we cancel or have to reschedule.
