13yrs plus Social Catch Ups - The Lavender Sky Foundation ( 2nd Sunday of Each Month)

FREE! Social Connection for people with disabilities.

The Lavender Sky Foundation are offering social get togethers from October 26th 2024 for people from 13 yrs + with disabilities.

Two sessions a month offered:

10.30am -12.30pm on the 2nd Sunday of each month Ages 13-25 yrs.

First Session 18 plus years October 27th 2024.

First session 13-25 years 9th of November.

10.30am - 12.30pm on the second Sunday of each month 13-25 years.

First Session 10th of November 2024.

All attendees must be accompanied by a carer, parent or guardian at all times. AN indemnity form will need to be signed prior to entry and names recorded in our register.

Note: Numbers will be limited for each session to 15 participants and 15 support persons per session and MUST be booked prior. Indemnity forms will need to be completed prior to attendance.

We will work around:

• Building mutual respect.
• Taking responsibility for our actions
• Meet people where they are at in their journey
• Prioritising safety and trust  (Abuse, Aggressive and Violent behaviours will not be tolerated from anyone within the centre)
• Supporting our participants and carers
• Supporting outside community connections with other organisations

If you book spaces for a session and cannot attend please request a refund or email us so someone else can use the space in that particular session.

Our aim for these sessions is to build social relationships, friendships, confidence and belonging.  

Please keep an eye on our Facebook changes for changes and any attending guests or organisations for your session.
