Meanjin-locals, strayfold, are heading to Wollongong for their NSW debut, supported by Local Tough Guy and Chiara Kovac.

strayfold is an alternative rock band from Brisbane/Meanjin, arising with their dynamic shoegaze sound. Their songs marry gracefully vulnerable lyrics with tenacious instrumentals, creating passionate music that is both intimate and lush. Inspired by the likes of my bloody valentine, Julia Jacklin, and Feeble Little Horse, strayfold’s 6-piece ensemble features striking sounds of baritone guitar, violin and soaring female vocals.
