    Ever wanted to discover the benefits of regular stretching and relaxation but don't have the ability to self motivate? With this program you'll get access to our private online program (no Facebook groups - this is a professionally developed program) where you'll receive a daily video, an ability to tick off which practices you've done and a comments section where you can give feedback on your experience and receive motivation. You can also access this program both on your computer and on an app on your phone. 

    We'll get you motivated and you get to practice from the comfort and convenience of your home!

    14 day Stretch & Relax: ONLINE program runs from Thu 13 June 2024 to Wed 26 June 2024

    Practice stretch yoga & relaxation meditations daily for 14 days and discover some incredible benefits to your health and wellbeing. Develop flexibility, reduce muscle and joint pain. Reduce stress and sleep better. Can also be used as an adjunct program for those who want to balance strength based, running or cycling exercise programs. Stretching and relaxing removes tension at the physical, mental and emotional level. This yoga program is perfect for beginners and a great intro to relaxation and singing bowls. 

    Here's how it works:

    A daily stretching or relaxation video will be posted on the private online platform. Once you've done the day's video, return to your challenge screen and click the "done" button. This will help you keep track of which practices you've done and you can see how other members are going in the members tab. After that scroll to the bottom of the screen to the comments section and give us some short feedback on how the class went for you. Others will support you with a like or a love and maybe a comment. You'll be able to see how the others went in the comments too. The success of the program lies with positive engagement on the group page. Motivate yourself by motivating others. Access the program from your computer or the app on your phone. We've made the program convenient to access in order to remove as many barriers from your practice as we can. 

    Allow around 30 mins per day for this program.

    You'll also have your own personal relaxation/meditation coach on board during the program..........feel free to ask questions or get feedback.
