Raising Children in a Digital World

Shire of Mundaring Libraries is pleased to host this workshop presented by Midvale Hub Parenting Service Perth (North East).

The workshop is for parents/carers of children aged 4-12 years.

Let’s explore how technology can support learning, creativity and connection, while also understanding the challenges that can come with parenting in a digital world

This workshop offers practical tools and trusted resources to help families stay connected, support young people’s online experiences, and find a healthy balance in the world we live in today.

We explore:

• Safe online resources and tools

• Create healthy digital habits for the family

• Set clear, age‑appropriate boundaries

• Explore a shared family digital agreement that works for everyone

(Parents may bring babies under 5 months, but this session is not suitable for children to attend.)

Bookings are essential for this free event. Places are limited.

Light refreshments will be available.
