Join our Mental Health First Aid course to learn how to recognise & respond to individuals experiencing mental health challenges!

In this 2 day-accredited course, you will learn:

The basic principles of mental health first aid and how to recognise signs of mental illness.
How to provide support to individuals in crisis.
Gain practical tools and techniques to use in real-life situations, helping you to build confidence and improve your ability to offer support.

Accreditation granted! Recommended for all individuals & those in leadership roles.

Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation made more than 2 weeks before the course start date will be eligible for a 100% refund. 2. Cancellation made within 2 weeks of the course start date will result in a 50% refund of the total cost. 3. Cancellation made within 1 week of the course start date will not be eligible for any refund (0% refund). Name Transfer: 1. Name transfers are allowed only if requested 1 week from the course start date. 2. The participant must notify Blue Tree Project in writing of the name transfer and provide the full name and contact information of the replacement participant. 3. Blue Tree Project reserves the right to assess a reasonable administrative fee for the name transfer. Refund Process: 1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of Blue Tree Project receiving a written cancellation notice. 2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during the initial registration. Course Changes or Cancellations by the Provider: 1. Blue Tree Project reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course if needed. 2. In the event of course cancellation, Blue Tree Project will provide a full refund to all registered participants. Participant Responsibilities: 1. Participants are expected to attend the entire course to receive a completion certificate. 2. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in forfeiture of the entire course fee. Code of Conduct: 1. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the course without a refund.
