Event description

This workshop will be a warm, open, loving environment, created to empower and educate your young girl aged between 8 - 13yrs with holistic menstrual education. This space offers a special way to acknowledge this transformative time for your girl in such a positive way whilst also supporting her to feel confident, educated and well prepared for this next chapter of her life.

Together we explore female anatomy, puberty for the female body and the changes to be aware of, the menstrual cycle and female hormones, we explore period products hands on with the pro, cons and how to use, clean and dispose of. We talk about period care and the importance of care and what period positivity could look and feel like for us as individuals and within our homes. We learn ways our body communicates to us and signs to look out for that our period may be arriving soon. Together we co-create a special space that supports your girl to feel more confident, aware, informed and prepared for her menstrual journey.

This is an open, honest environment where everyone in our circle space can ask questions, share their own experiences, stories or curiosities. Your girl and no doubt yourself will leave this workshop experience with a deeper awareness, knowledge, confidence and tools to embrace this new life chapter, feelings deeply prepared and I'm sure more connected to one another too.

Throughout our workshop we will have nourishing foods and drinks to enjoy. Each girl will receive a little gift bag which includes a period kit and printed resources of what we learned throughout the day.

1x Ticket per couple - If you are wanting to bring along a extra child please purchase the one ticket and reach out to me and I will send through a email link to add your second child (extra $50)

I look forward to connecting with you & your girl in circle
