    Event description

Step back in time and experience the magic of a 1950s Country Dance at this fun and lively event. Complete with a swing band and dancers that will both perform and teach you some moves, you are guaranteed to have a blast whether you are a beginner or a pro.

The Supper Room will be set out for playing games (which is where nan and pop hung with the little ones), a bar/ chill out zone will be established in the courtyard (to replicate the pub where the boys went) and the Town Hall space itself will be reserved for the moves (where the hopefuls were).

    Costumes are strongly encouraged.

    When: Saturday, February 3, 2024. 6pm - 11pm.
Where: Richmond Town Hall & Supper Room.

Entry: $25 full price / $20 under 18 over 65 & concession holders (Free supper included)

Delight your taste buds with a complimentary 1950s-inspired supper included in your ticket, while refreshing drinks to be purchased separately.

We'd like to recreate the old fashioned 'ladies bring a plate', but due to food handling requirements, we cannot accept any homemade dishes. We will get it professionally catered, in style!

Don’t miss this opportunity to relive all the glamour, excitement, and nostalgia of a 1950s Country Dance.
