1969-1973 Old Collegians Lunch

Dear Mannix Old Colls
If you attended Mannix College in its first five years of 1969-1973, you are invited to get together for a casual lunch and say hello.
Following two successful lunches in 2022, during 2023, we ran another two lunches in May and October with nearly 30 people attending each. They have been great gatherings in reenergising old connections. A number of people travelled together from areas such as Geelong and Ballarat to Melbourne for the day, and others ventured down by V Line!!
The first of our 2024 lunches will be on Wednesday 15th May.
The Emerald is a cracker pub for this sort of get-together, so you can be assured of a good laugh and a catch-up.
- Date: Wed 15 May 2024, 12.30 - 2.30 pm
- Venue: Emerald Hotel, 415 Clarendon St, South Melbourne.
- Cost: Meal/drinks at venue prices
- Partners: Partners are welcome at this event
This lunch group has no agenda other than providing an occasion for old and new friends to catch up. The three of us (Dave Ryan, Des Powell, Ron Storey) were all at Mannix over that 1969-1973 era.
We look forward to seeing as many as possible on May 15 at the Emerald.
