Our intro to Stand Up Paddle Boarding session will leave you feeling confident to stand up, paddle, turn and simply enjoy flat water SUPing.

Starting with a ‘dry run’, you will become familiar with the equipment and SUP safe practices. On the water we will go through different paddle strokes you can use to navigate through the water.

We will teach you how to turn and manoeuvre the board with ease.

Lessons run at your own pace, we’ll have you standing in no time and are happy to offer challenge by choice!

The location of our Tutukaka Coast Lessons are dependant on the tide, wind and swell direction. We will contact you at least 24h before your lesson to let you know whether we will begin from Matapouri or Ngunguru.

We require a minimum of 4 people to run the lesson. If your preferred day does not full up we will be happy to change you to a different day or offer a refund.

Please wear gym style clothes that will keep you warm and protect you from the sun (and that you don't mind getting wet), a water bottle, hat/sunnies, and a change of clothes, just in case ; )
