1M TALKING CLIMATE IS OUR RALLY CALL TO WOMEN!

Will you host a get together for an hour with some women in your life - anytime, anywhere over the weekend 28th to 30th July? It can be just 2 or 3 of you or more 

We want empower you all on 3 things that we have identified as having a huge impact for climate action - SEE BELOW. 

So over one big weekend we are kickstarting that conversation with you.  

You don't need to be an expert in any of it. We will send you everything you need for your get together.

When you register to host a get Together we will send you - 

1) A starter pack filled with conversation starters, the questions to explore, the tips, ideas and solutions - all the content you need for your get together. 
2) An on-line invitations to start invite your friends to your get together.
4) And we'll keep in touch in the lead up between now and the big weekend to keep you excited too with the things we are doing.

THE 3 THINGS WE ARE KICKSTARTING CONVERSATION ON WITH YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS

*How we rally our local politician - Empowering us to have constructive conversations with our locally elected politicians all of the time. No matter what side of politics they are from we aim to help accelerate bipartisan support on climate action. 

*How to Transform our homes - giving us a tangible and relatable (and realistic) plan to get our houses off coal, oil and gas 

*How we make our money count - showing us how through every $ we spend or invest we can be investing in the good of the planet.

THE OUTCOME  

 

1) We want 100s of conversations happening over one big weekend. Women sharing our ideas, tips and solutions with each other. 

2) We will pull all the valuable insights into a downloadable, relatable and tangible 1MREADY resource from women for women for the solutions and ways to act in our everyday lives now.

3) Women connecting with women, having conversations, supporting each other and inspiring/galvanising other women to act is vital to this decade of climate action. 

THE DETAILS

 

DATE: Your get together can happen anytime over the weekend of the 28th to 30th July.

WHERE: It could be at home over a cuppa. At a local cafe. In the park. Under a big tree. It could your early morning coffee. Think of an energising (or calming) place where you can really connect in conversation. 

TIME: allow approx 1 hour for the conversation.

HOW MANY TO INVITE: It can be just 2 or 3 of you or more. Invite as many friends as you want. 

REGISTER TO HOST A GET TOGETHER: Register to host a get together and we will send you a starter pack with everything you need to host your get together. And we will send you an online invitation so you can start inviting your friends.
