Event description
Calling all the amazing women of Wills - We are getting together to talk about how to save money and the planet. From energy efficiency to home electrification - with the Federal Election on May 3, we want see where your local candidates stand.
Will you join us?
Led by Brunswick local community members, we invite you to attend an important community forum on Wednesday 9th of April from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at 4 Ballarat Street - Assemble Communities Rooftop Lounge.
We want to discuss two of the most pressing issues affecting our community and all Australians: the rising cost of living and the impacts of climate change.
The event will feature a structured format with key questions posed to candidates, followed by an open mic session where you can ask your own questions and share your thoughts and experiences.
We'll cover all the important stuff including:
- Why electrifying our homes is one of the most powerful climate actions we can take;
- How it cuts our energy bills and creates healthy, comfortable homes
- What the candidates are planning for households energy efficiency and electrification.
Your voice matters, and we want to hear from you! Join us to engage in these vital discussions and help shape the future of our community.
