Camp Provincetown is proud to present the 1st Annual Outsiders Festival featuring four days of art, music, theatre, happenings, salons, dance, auction and symposiums in a celebration of US! The outsider inside us all. The All Festival VIP pass for $99.99 gets you everywhere and is limited to 100. Events such as Billy Hough's Exploding Plastic Inevitable at Town Hall may be purchased individually and/or at the door for $25.
