When all you need is a sacred repose to bring you back to your Self.

It's simple - we NEED rest. SACRED REST.

You've been doing all the work and you just need THE PAUSE to PURELY BE.

In this group healing session, we will explore ways to reconnect within through various restorative somatic movements, gentle breathwork, to prepare you for a soothing sound bath to help restore balance within your whole body, mind and soul.

The whole experience allows you to PURELY RECEIVE!  

At the end of the session, you will release stuck somatic patterns, restore balance, and recalibrate your frequency to be a vibrational match to your most authentic and RESTED you!

yoga mat

pillows for comfort
