Stepping back for just a moment! During 2015-2018 we started up and facilitated a very successful Business & Life Coach Styled monthly coaching group. Everyday people wandered through our doors wanting more for their life and businesses. At the they were provided interactive activities, dicussion & mindset prompters for personal + interpersonal growth. Providing support for all potential areas of Play Life and/or Business & Work Life.

In short, we are BACK! Better platforms. Better knowledge. A TYPICAL EgoHQ session would look like this:
Arrival. Say hello, grab a coffee/tea.

Hour of Power (group time, sharing, growth activities, get to know you activity, fun, dance, out of your comfort zone, laughing - simply enjoying being human!

10 minute shake it out break

Next, a couple hours of solid project work.
