Session 2 in our Winter/Spring series, singer and sound therapist, Vanessa Fernandez, will weave in simple breathing and vocal techniques to activate the body, as well as bring harmony and relaxation through her voice and tuning forks.
Vanessa has been in the music and media industry for several decades, is a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, and is currently studying counselling. She is deeply connected with how sound, vibration and energy affect, transform and balance our creative life force, and endeavours to facilitate this harmony within.
