At midnight on Friday 3rd September 2021, voting for the YARRA VALLEY & DANDENONG RANGES Brides Choice Awards™ closed, and after 13 days of voting with:

516 – Newlywed Couples having voted

397 - Businesses were nominated

165 - Businesses scored enough points to become Finalists

Great Plans of “Mice & Men”, we almost had Venue Booked for us to Acknowledge & Celebrate Excellence in the YARRA VALLEY & DANDENONG RANGES Wedding Industry, need I say More!! We are directed again by our Governments to hold the 2021 Brides Choice Awards again as a Virtual Event.

As a Finalist, on Tuesday 19th October 2021 at 6.00pm LIVE via ZOOM you will have the opportunity to engage with the Virtual Brides Choice Awards™ – to find out if Newlywed Couples of YARRA VALLEY & DANDENONG RANGES have voted your business to be the WINNER of a Brides Choice Award™ in your category!

This has been brought about by the uncertainty with COVID, vaccination success, potential for new outbreaks, social distance restrictions not allowing us to run our events our way and Governments erratic response to outbreaks.

If you have received an Invitation by email or FaceBook Tagged through http://www.facebook.com/YarraD... for the YARRA VALLEY & DANDENONG RANGES - Brides Choice Awards™, you are a FINALIST! This means you have been recognised by your Newlywed Couples and scored more than 20 points during voting.

Please NOTE: Registration requires the purchase of a SINGLE TICKET for each NOMINATED CATEGORY. Your Single Ticket / Category to engage with the Brides Choice Awards is more than just a ZOOM Seminar!!

1. 1. You will be provided with a Passcode to obtain access to the Seminar week prior the Event.
2. 2. If you are the Recipient of a Brides Choice Award™ (WINNER, Highly Commended, TOP10, TOP5) the physical BCA Plaque (Oversized A4 x 20mm Acrylic) will be mailed directly to you.
3. 3. If you are a Registered Finalist and miss out on one of the Major Awards in your Business Category you will receive a Personalised Finalist Plaque and Marketing Collateral.
4. 4. You will be Granted Licence to use the Brides Choice Awards™ Logo Roundels

Local Newlywed Couples that had their wedding in the YARRA VALLEY & DANDENONG RANGES Region were asked to vote for a maximum of five (5) wedding suppliers that they believed went beyond the call of duty, professionalism, value for money, excellent customer service and exceeded their expectations. Newlywed Couples are restricted to voting once and then locked out once their vote was cast. Points were allocated to their voting rank as follows:

1st choice - 5 points

2nd choice - 4 points

3rd choice - 3 points

4th choice - 2 points

5th choice - 1 point

If a business is recognised by their Newlywed Couples to be a Winner or other Recipient and they are NOT REGISTERED for the Virtual Brides Choice Awards™ presentation, a Physical Award is not produced, and they will not have access to the supporting Brides Choice Awards™ Marketing Collateral (WINNERS Roundel Logos etc.) for marketing purposes. A Brides Choice Award™ may be POST PURCHASED after the presentation with access to the Brides Choice Awards™ Marketing Collateral Roundel Logos.
