  • The role of a volunteer manager at The Smith Family
  • The definition and importance of volunteer management
  • The role of a Volunteer Manager in the Volunteer Lifecycle at The Smith Family
  • First steps and actions for a new or current Volunteer Manager
  • Recruiting and managing Volunteers
  • Attracting volunteers and managing expectations
  • Retention and engagement of volunteers post-COVID.
